I would say that it depends on the kind of music teens like to listen to. In my personal opinion, I think that rap and reggae music have a bad influence on teens because teens like to imitate the way their favorite singers dress or look like. Teens see some singers as their models, that is why, there are even some teens that imitate the way their idols talk or act. This happens because at this age, teens are not sure about their personality, and they adopt different ways to act. It is as if they were tryin g to find the appropriate personality for them!!!
This is a very interesting topic. I think that teenagers are influenced by the kind of music they listen to. young people's behavior has been affected by the music that now takes part of our culture. I consider that this is one of the main reasons why teenagers have been influenecd in their lifestyles and the way they think about life.

Many people, especially teen-agers, carry their CD players with them everywhere, and move to the rhythm of their favorite music, in the streets, the subway and sometimes even in class. It is known that people can feel bad or good by listening to music. It means that of course music is affecting youth nowadays as it has been doing it through the years.
Just think about the kind of music you listen to...maybe it is affecting you in different ways, and you haven't paid attention to it.
